Russian Imperial Stout Recipe Kit, 5 Gallon Batch

The biggest and heaviest of the stouts, this has an alcohol level approaching 8 percent, and lots of heavy, malty roasty flavor. But don't worry, me lads: along with that malty heaviness comes lots of hops and a strong bitterness which all make this beer one for aging. Best after six or eight months in the bottle.

We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout.

Recipe kits do not come with grain socks/hop socks, or corn sugar for bottling.
