Mild, smooth and clean, this is a light bodied, light flavored version of a classic American brown ale. Great for easy quaffing, this beer has a slightly sweet finish (although ask for the more bitter version, if you don't like a little sweetness), and a nice caramel richness. Don't expect a hearty, full flavored monster just a great easy drink.
We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout.
Recipe kits do not come with grain socks/hop socks, or corn sugar for bottling.
