Once in awhile, a beer comes out that changes everything that has happened before it. This beer is one such event. Quite by accident, I stumbled upon the combination of Cascade and Columbus hops carefully spreading these two varieties through the entire boiling process and came out with a beer like no other. Moderately bitter, but awesomely flavorful, this beer is for those that enjoy old-school Bridgeport IPA or McMenamin's Hammerhead. A great all American style brew. An old-school classic IPA, not a hop bomb.
