Food Grade Plastic Fermenting Bucket, Various Sizes (Fermenter)

All fermenters are made of food-grade plastic and they all come with a lid.  

Lids for the 1-gallon, 2-gallon, 6-gallon and 8-gallon fermenters can be pre-drilled here at Mainbrew upon request to take a rubber stopper for an airlock.  We drill holes to fit #6.5 stoppers.  

The 12-gallon and 24-gallon fermenters's lids are not airtight, so they do not require, nor should they have, holes drilled for rubber stoppers.  The fermenting gases will seep out from around the edges of the lid, while preventing anything from getting in - this is normal for large wine and cider fermenters.

12 gallon fermenters can hold about 75 - 80 pounds of fermenting red grape must, 24 gallon fermenters can hold about 160 pounds of fermenting red grape must.
