Dextrin (Carapils) Malts, Per Ounce

Carapils and carafoam add body and "dextrins" to beer, improving mouthfeel and head retention without adding color or flavor.  Use 2 to 16 ounces per 5 gallons of beer.  These grains are better mashed and converted with enzymes but will still work well as a steeping grain.
