This is the classic American style wheat beer. With more citrusy hops (from the Cascade variety), this beer has a cleaner, less clovey flavor than the German beer, and will appeal to almost everybody at that barbecue or picnic this summer. A great tangy thirst quencher, this is a wonderful hot weather drinking beer.
We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout.
The basic malt extract version of this recipe will be with Dry Malt Extract as we cannot get the wheat Liquid Malt Extract.
Recipe kits do not come with grain socks/hop socks, or corn sugar for bottling.
