Another golden yellow smooth lager, but this one has more malt body and flavor (it is less dry!) than the American style. It also has more bitterness (from the classic Saaz variety hybrid) and more hop flavor and aroma. Compare it favorably to a nice fresh Urquell that hasn't gone stale on its way from Czechoslavakia.
We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout.
Recipe kits do not come with grain socks/hop socks, or corn sugar for bottling.
