A very light colored, light bodied beer, San Tropez also clocks in at close to 8.5% alcohol!! Not as wildly spicy as some of the other Belgian recipes, this is a deceptively easy to drink brew, but please drink it at home, or in the safety of a designated driver's care because it has "kick." (And it does go down as easy as a light beer!!) This beer will take three to six months to really hit its stride.
We will crush all the grains, unless otherwise requested at checkout.
Recipe kits do not come with grain socks/hop socks, or corn sugar for bottling.
