Kaleidoscope Fruit Blonde Ale Recipe Kit, 5 Gallon Batch

Without the wheat (as in this recipe above), fruit ales done with barley alone tend to not have the "tangy" flavors of the wheat, but more of a delicate barley malt sweetness. Another great variation on the fruit theme, this beer also should not be missed. Our customers tend to do equal amounts of this and Calliope, and they love both with a passion.   Fruit Extract Included.
