Chocolate Stout Recipe Kit, 5 Gallon Batch

A hearty rich stout enhanced with the aroma and taste of cocoa nibs makes for a great after dinner beer. This stout is slightly "softer" than a traditional stout (with less barley bite) but has a healthy chocolate bitterness both from the hops used and from the naturally bitter nibs. Needs a few extra months in the bottle for aging, but is incredible when fully mature. We provide the cocoa nibs.
