A high gravity (high alcohol) Belgian Trappist style, this beer is very similar to some of the imported Belgian Abbey beers that you see selling for six or seven dollars apiece. Using "candi sugar" as a (necessary) adjunct, this beer's flavor can fluctuate greatly depending on what temperature it is fermented at. Full instructions included.
