RJ Spagnols Wine Kits
Wine Kit Description
En Primeur This is the state-of-the-art wine kit. Each one contains 18 liters of varietal juice, plus Genu-wine wine skins for adding extra tannins and flavors. No other wine kit will produce such a rich, full-bodied and full-flavored wine that develops all of the hundreds of flavor compounds found in wine grapes.

Cellar Classic

Winery Series
 A 16-liter wine kit - some of which also include grape skins for added complexity and flavor. Cellar Classic kits make great wines that you can afford to drink every day.
Cru Select This 16-liter wine kit won more medals in 2007 and 2008 competitions than any other wine kit from any other company, including other Spagnols kits. Cru Select kits are designed to be more European in style: more tannins, leaner, less fruit and more minerally. Great for aging a few extra months.
Grand Cru and
Grand Cru International		 Grand Cru kits are easy to make and easy to drink. These are 10-liter wine kits (meaning they are more condensed than the previous ones), and thus are quicker to mature and can be consumed in 4 to 6 weeks. Although not as complex and nuanced as the previous kits, Grand Cru wine kits will still make a great high-quality "table wine" that you will be proud to show off to friends, or drink with dinner each and every night.
Orchard Breezin' The ultimate summer drink - these are fruit and wine blends perfect made for sipping on warm Summer evening. Slightly sweet, slightly tart - this is the perfect drink for those that like sangrias, mojitos or fruity tiki cocktails. Be sure to get little umbrellas before serving!

 These are very select, very high-quality "cream of the crop" wine kits only available on a pre-order basis starting in the Fall of 2008. These wine kits will sell out quickly, and will not ba available again for the foreseeable future. We recommend these wine kits very highly, as they typically produce the best wines of the year.
